This company is scam, reviews are fake, they take your money, and you don't get service or refund, they have the worst customer service ever, be careful or you get yourself in a nightmare , believe me I have been waiting for my refunded money for 3 months, no one returns my calls and my emails.
How many days do I need to wait to receive the check for $150 as you promised. It is more than 60 days. This is NOT the service, I expected from you. You NEVER RESOLVED THE ISSUE. Will reach out to an attorney. This company is the most worst one. Never believe them. Works just in PAPER. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. LOST $360 on warranty and 180 on service. They always say you can claim only after 180 days means you cannot dispute with creditcard company. Very smart cheating company.
Just purchased the blue total coverage plan about 2 months ago. Last week I had a major plumbing stoppage. When I say major I mean it! Every toilet in the house was overflowing the water was even coming out of the shower drains. I had to shut off my the water main until Barry from West City Plumbing got here. He was snaking the drains for over an hour and a half to clear the blockage. A few months after signing with endurance home warranty we awoke to a very cold shower. I called ehw right away and we had someone come out the same day. This was our first experience requesting service with our warranty; we were pleasantly surprised at how quick the whole process even was the plumber arrived we had hot water by that evening
