Lots of fireplaces to see and the sales lady was very helpful.
The young Lady was friendly, knowledgeable about products. The store had a wonderful a lot of inventory for us to view.
I don’t recommend this company, we bought a gas fireplace 3 years ago and we continue to have problems with it turning off by itself since it was new. We’ve called them out numerous times, once the technician accused us of moving the logs. Claimed that was the problem. He moved them around and less than a day later the problem continues. Hopefully your competitor can fix it. Avoid!!!
This spring I purchased a Louisiana grill from these guys. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Of course the grill is great, but the customer experience was better! Had one small issue (not their fault) and they resolved it quick. Before you buy at a large chain store, check these guys out.
