American Home Elevator and Lift Co. recently installed a Stiltz Trio Alta elevator in our home between the main floor and the basement. The three-man crew, along with our local carpenter, did an excellent job installing the unit. The project started on Wednesday and was complete before noon on Friday. This company seems eager to take advantage of a new Ohio/Perrysburg resident, my dad, who has serious physical disabilities. My dad placed a 50% deposit on an elevator with Ohio Elevator Co several months ago but had to cancel the order 9+ months ago due to a divorce making the $$ unviable. Their contract has no terms around refunds. My dad is physically disabled from a spinal cord injury and he looked forward to having an elevator to benefit his accessibility in his new house.
