This company repaired my 20 year old window blind and it was a five star experience in every way. The staff was professional, efficient, competent (my blind works like new) and certainly provide a value for their customers. They are number one on my recommendation list.
Wow. We have a valance clip break on one of the blinds after having these blinds for 10 years. The company just sent new ones for free. That is great customer service that I was not expecting to receive.
