We had a great experience with American Home & Energy Products from start to finish. We had our 30 year old gas insert replaced with a Regency gas insert. The team was knowledgeable and professional. Jon measured precisely. Josh & Alex did the new install ( removed the rusty galvanized topper on chimney and replaced with stainless steel; removed old insert and installed a very efficient insert). They had a few snags but they kept us in the loop and were persistent and made everything PERFECT. We couldn't be happier!!

Great experience from start to finish. We ordered our stone, mantle and Regency wood burn insert. The mantle turned out perfectly. Great customer service, and fireplace installation with Juan and Josh went amazing! Very thorough and careful, and cleaned up great inside and outside. Also walked us through all details and information before leaving.
