We know that international trade has been made very difficult these days, so while we had real difficulties getting the hand-knotted wool rugs from India that we wanted (so unlike our last time purchasing them many years ago), we did eventually receive what we needed. Ameen Benhalim was very personable and helpful, the delivery drivers were great, and the general manager, Kathleen, was a real stand-out. Respectful, courteous, friendly, and so very helpful and efficient. We really appreciate her. ❤️🙏🪷
