Never open when they say they are. I had wanted to come here to get LiveScan Fingerprinting done because they're close and convenient to where I live and they were recommended for same-day walk-in service without an appointment. However, the sign on their door always says, "Closed. Will Return at (pick a time)" and then when I arrive back, the time has been adjusted to something different. I honestly can't recommend a company to anyone that won't honor their own hours of operation.
AHAS helped me with last minute livescan services while I was visiting Tahoe. They were accommodating and professional!
Very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. They took their time and gave us advice on what we can do to maximize our return. They actually care about each individual person, you are not just another number to them.
