American Hero was 1 of a few companies recommended to me for the rental I just moved in to. The carpets were horrendous, the stains (mostly pet) were so set in that my carpet cleaner didn't make a difference. They still felt grimy and looked horrible and stunk after I went tried to clean them. American Hero gave a quote via FB messenger & then did an in-home official quote that was pretty close to what he quoted online. They were the best price and they were able to come a few days later.
