Knew them as former name but that doesn't matter, they are a great company to recommend to my HOA community.
Only giving a 3 because they finished in a day and left my yard 99% clean. Broke my garden flag posts, did it on the last day possible of the estimated time frame given after supplies sat in my front yard and on my roof for over a month. Have my downspout still but gutters are missing and got to listen to one of the vent pieces rattle all night that never did before even during extreme winds (60+ mph)
I have used American heritage on several properties. Mike Kelly always responds quickly to my needs from the smallest roof patches to the full roof replacements. He has found obsolete materials for patches and has been able to source special products to meet historic district requirements. He has helped on projects all over the state, after over a decade of using this company they have never let me down.
We had Mike from American Heritage Restoration come out and look at our roof after hail damage. He was professional, honest, and incredibly thorough. He even offered to meet with our insurance adjuster to walk them through what he found, which gave us piece of mind. We really appreciate his time and expertise- highly recommend working with Mike and his Team!
Mike has been amazing working with my HOA trying to get them to move forward with my porch repair! I'll look forward to updating this review when the job has been completed.
