American Heritage property management or a bunch of slumlords. I rented from these people since 1999, so I know. They take advantage of the defenseless and they pretty much don’t fix anything right if they fix anything at all. They are cheap and they do not upkeep their houses. Meanwhile they raise your rent every year by $5 to $10 at least. I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now.
