My mortgage broker uses AHL to fund my DSCR loans. I am on my third and Final DSCR loan with AHL. They have made me jump through hoops to get loans closed and they don't even know how to read a lease or an appraisal. if you are looking for a mortgage, stay far away from AHL. They will male you pull your hair out!
