If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had to move a DSCR loan from another lender since they wouldn't take the type of home zoning it was in. After 3 weeks of having it with this first lender, I flipped over to AHL and they got a CTC in just over 2 weeks for a property nobody else would touch. Then I helped a client through their fix & flip rehab option, and we are now waiting on the "best" local credit union in our area whereas AHL has had this CTC for 2 weeks already!
