I would rather walk away from a deal and lose money than work with these folks. Closed twice with them… both times had to close a second time bc documents they prepared were wrong. The last time they did a bait and switch never mentioned a word about bringing money to closing. Walk away there are much better options!

I highly recommend Brad H. at American Heritage Lending for handling my DSCR loan. His expertise and helpfulness made the entire process seamless. He was very personable and upfront about every nuance of the loan, of which I was grateful. Al information that was initially communicated such as rate and term quotes went as planned and the communication was excellent. Having conditional appraisals , which was a new experience for me, made the property evaluation piece feel more like an inspection which extended the approval process unnecessarily. If these conditions weren’t present when I purchased the properties, they should not be a condition for a refinance.
