Agent was very accommodating....squeezed us in for a last minute showing. Application process was easy and move-in was seamless.
So glad we finally got a responsive property manager who seems like she actually cares. Jessica is the best! We went from a company that we couldn’t get a call back or email response, to always hearing back in a timely manner. I wish I could give more stars
Make sure to ask their realtors from the get-go whether there are other applicants for the home; if you are competing with anybody else. Otherwise, you could fly out from California to check out a place, apply for it immediately (and pay $60 each for the application!) only to learn they are choosing another applicant they never mentioned to you. Just a terrible way of doing business. Avoid these guys!
