Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the unit quickly and got to work.
American Heritage Fireplace makes you feel taken care of. Brian the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and reasonable, and my technician Jacob was a true professional who knew what he was doing, was great with my dog, and got the job done well ahead of schedule. American Heritage went above and beyond to give me the best price on the right gas insert for my home, and they even fixed a leak for me free of charge. Can’t recommend them enough!
