I was in the market for a fireplace conversion in our home, from wood burning to gas. We initially went the contracted route but found the local quotes to be outside of our families capabilities. I then started looking into alternatives for doing the work ourselves ie. sourcing a unit and working out all the logistics to make that happen. Brian and the rest of the staff at Heritage were SUPER helpful. Replaced an older wood burning insert with gas. Post install support has been top notch as well. I would refer anyone who asks where we purchased our unit, to American Heritage!
