I was in the market for a fireplace conversion in our home, from wood burning to gas. We initially went the contracted route but found the local quotes to be outside of our families capabilities. Brian and the rest of the staff at Heritage were SUPER helpful. Replaced an older wood burning insert with gas. Post install support has been top notch as well. I would refer anyone who asks where we purchased our unit, to American Heritage!

I had both my fireplaces cleaned today by Dylan who was professional, thorough and knowledgable. When I made the appt I knew that the blower was not working on the upstairs fireplace. I was having issues with the basement fireplace starting but didn’t know beyond that. With inspection Dylan said the snap disc needed to be replaced in the basement fireplace which was also needed for the upstairs fireplace. Problem is he only had one with him with the correct part #.
