I would like to personally thank Diane G the office manager, she is truly amazing at the rhawn street location, she has always been helpful. Even when I had to make a dispute, she helped with that when my wallet was stolen. She has helped me with any checks I have also needed to clear. Called twice, told to step into nearest branch, did so & told come back when account not overdrafted due to circumstances beyond my control.
