Terrible experience every time. I no longer bank with them, but if you are an AHCU customer, you can only access this branch IF YOU HAVE A MILITARY ID (CAC).
Customer service people are clueless & rude. When you question in detail, they don't know answers. Always refer to their back office that we don't have access to - not helpful!
Horrible customer service. I've been banking with them for years. Their system software is old and outdated. Now can't assess my online account and I'm number 40 waiting on the phone just to talk to someone. Im totally closing my acct. its just not worth having anymore. Better off saving your money under your bed. they will rob u.
