They were absolutely amazing in such a hard time. They are kind, companionate, and very helpful. They made us feel comfortable. We had a difficult situation and they took care of everything making the process so much easier. I can’t thank them enough for all the help.
If I could give more than five stars I would! My father in law passed away at the beginning of March. Originally he wanted to be donated to science but the donation organization decided-after they transported him 350 miles away-that they weren’t going to accept him into the program and that we were responsible for getting him back home. One phone call to American Heritage and they had their transport in Dallas ready to go bring my father in law home to Midland. They got him back to Midland in 24 hours at most.
