My husband was racially profiled today at this bank. He went in to cash a check for a roofing job he did and the lady wouldn’t cash it in and said she had to call the person who wrote the check make sure the amount written was “correct” and to be sure that the person’s checkbook wasn’t stolen. The lady herself said it wasn’t because of the way he looks but that it is their “policy” however he’s never had any issues at any other American heritage bank or ever been accused of stealing someone’s checkbook. They can’t even do their simple job in a reasonable time frame!! This bank is horrible at customer service! If I could give a zero star I would!
