We just bought a house in *********and it is quickly becoming a money pit. Donald Pi****, American Heating Service Sent out a service rookie twice, charged twice and my heating furnace still does not work. I called for a third visit, and took an emergency day off from work. They never showed, and claimed to have called me. I did not get the call and wasted a work day at home. He then said he has to charge overtime hours and will send the same guy who could not resolve the issue the first two times, AGAIN. In Regards to **********Complaint filed with BBB On 2/5/18, American Heating Service LLC performed a service call for Mrs. ********** we found that all filtration had become clogged due to extremely low level of fuel in her oil tank. We were able to get the system running and advised her that she needed to get oil in her tank ASAP to prevent further issues!
