Our furnace first started acting up on Thanksgiving evening. We really didn't want to bother anyone, but we already knew the part we needed and called a local business in Whitewater to see about getting the part. This is a great furnace company. They really know what they are doing. After they determine the problem they are straight with you. Vince & Mike drive 38 miles to come and service my furnace when I couldn't get local guys to set an appointment. He has very competitive pricing. No one wants to have to repair your furnace, but if you need to have it done this is the company to call.
Our furnace broke down and our apartment got to 48 degrees. He came on a Sunday morning and was the only one that picked up! He came right away and found the problem; fixed it right away. So now we have heat again!
Our air conditioner broke down on the holiday weekend , we called American Heating and Cooling. He came out promptly. In five minutes he found the problem. He fixed the problem. Then he removed the covers on the condensing unit and cleaned the dead mice and dirt , cotton wood off the coils. After seing this, we will be having him come over every year to clean our unit so we get maxium efficiency. Thank you so much!
