We recently had our Freezer go out and immediately called American Heating & Cooling. They were here within the hour. Palm, Greg, Cody, & Alex took amazing care of us. They fixed everything as smoothly and quickly as possible. There was no delay in our dinner service and we can not recommend them enough.
Great experience... they came within a couple of hours of calling, fixed it in 30 minutes.
We have a 6,300 sq. ft. home, and after numerous companies—each with 100% confidence but no solutions—attempted to solve why my two six-year-old heating systems shut off when outside temperatures dropped to 38 degrees or lower, as well as why my emergency heat was running constantly (resulting in electric bills nearing $1,000 during November, December, and January for the past four years), American resolved the problem! Kyle Maldonado is the best man on the team!!! I’ve had several people come out and the only person to fix the problem throughly was Kyle!! He has been very helpful and consistent with getting the job done the right way… I’m so grateful for him!!!
These guys are top notch. Very reasonable and great follow up. Shout out to Keith for his professionalism and boss for figuring out the noise. Highly recommend if you have HAVC service needs.
