You will find many established HVAC technicians around the lake area but you will not find a more informed, professional, honest and reliable HVAC technician than Tom. He went out of his way to complete what turned out to be an unusually difficult installation within the timeline and cost estimate we discussed.
After multiple service calls with other companies Tom was the only one to finally diagnose our problem and get us fixed up. He is prompt, has excellent communication skills, friendly, and is beyond knowledgeable in the industry. Highly recommend.

I was personally impressed with Tom's professionalism. He addressed all our questions and provided a system to meet our needs. Installation was done on the date we scheduled. Installation was quick and clean when they left. Installation was completed professionally. (Note I am not easy to please) Tom explained the system and addressed everything before they left.
