Worst customer service and worst resolution to problem I've experienced working with any sort of tradesman, tech, laborer.... Purchased a property in Lake Geneva in the spring of 2025 of which American Heating did furnace work in December of 2024. A big thank you to everyone at American Heating and Air Plus LLC, especially Joyce in the office and service techs Connor and Noe! We had a furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, and whole house humifier installed last fall. Everything went well and Vic made sure we were taken care of. I called American Heating and Air Plus at 8am when my water heater stopped working. By 10:30 Vic and his crew arrived and got to work. Come mid-afternoon, we had a new tankless water heater installed. Everything was cleaned up and we were back up and running. No one wants to be in the situation where their water heater has failed, but it's nice knowing American Heating and Air Plus were on the job in a hurry. Thanks!
