We used American Heating and Cooling for the first time today, to repair our humidifier. We spoke with the receptionist Joyce who was very pleasant and she got is scheduled immediately for the next day which we thought was great! When the technician Chris arrived this morning he was prompt and very courteous and immediately started working on our problem and had it repaired in a matter of minutes, he was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was causing our issue. We called Vic at 6:00AM the day of our FL departure. He was over by 7:00. We gave him our key and he monitored our Furnace Thermostat the next two days. Two months later, our furnace was out again. He still had our key, and had to replace the gas valve. Sent a driver an hour away to Rockford for the valve; we were operational same day. He is one of the most honest and fair in his dealings. We highly recommend American Heating and Air Plus !!!
American Heating and Air Plus LLC was excellent! Our furnace kept going out in below zero weather and they had a technician sent out same day. The technician Chris was amazing at his job. He was prompt, thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company for any future needs. Thank you!
Our furnace went out on a cold winter day and Vic came out right away and got us heat again at such a reasonable price. He went above and beyond what I would have expected.
