Garrett was here today to solve a leaky humidifier problem. He was very professional and laid out all my options clearly and understandably. That has been my experience with all the Cardinal experts who have serviced our home over the years. Glad I have access to experts like Garrett and a company like Cardinal to keep things running in good order.
Really impressed with the whole Cardinal team. From reception, to sales, to install, and support everything has truly been exceptional. Everyone has been very friendly and go out of their way to make sure they don't leave a mess. And the work they do is impeccable. The furnace especially looks so tidy and clean, it brings a smile to my face knowing how much care they took. I really can't say enough good things about this company and their employees.
Jarod came out to do general system maintenance on our AC unit, and he was fantastic! We are relatively new homeowners, and have had a number of workers at the house over the last year to fix or inspect things, and Jarod was by far the best. He was knowledgeable, didn't pressure us, and was just a genuinely kind individual.
Avoid Cardinal. They arrived late, and the technician made us feel uncomfortable, and the work was done incorrectly - another company had to fix it. He also tried to pressure us into buying a new unit we didn't need. They took our credit card, then later we got a message saying we still needed to pay, which was very concerning. Felt unprofessional and dishonest - would never use them again.
