1:45PM appointment, still waiting after signing in. 3:30PM now. This happened a few years ago and I walked out. Very bad for my blood pressure reading. 10/14/24
This is the worst office I’ve ever been too They are always so behind and you sit and wait an hour for your appointment every visit it’s ridiculous. Definitely find another office that’s why they have a 2.8 rating they are horrible Im sitting here now over 45 minutes What a disgrace very poorly ran office I get in the emergency room faster
The wait may be long but the Doctors and staff are efficient and caring
The doctors are very thorough, can always get an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe. My first experience was through the ER and Dr Zagha, without hesitation found a 95% clogged artery. At that point, he was my new doctor
Worst run practice I have ever experienced. Was scheduled for a vein procedure. They had several months to obtain authorization from my insurance. Didn't bother to do so. Supposed to call me a week before procedure (a Friday) for final instructions and also send script to my pharmacy. They don't call, so I call on Monday. Person I speak to has no idea about anything and has to speak to someone else. Eventually comes back to say that they are still working on authorization. That was a lie.
