The American Heart Center stuck me with a $1,523.60 bill from Hackensack Meridian. Dr. Demcheck called me to tell me she was cancelling a test she said I didn't need however Dr. Zagha ( a doctor who I've never seen) also ordered this test, DIDN'T cancel it and I had to pay. On top of this frustration, their billing department, namely Toni just kept telling me "it's the hospital's fault" when it wasn't. I fought this up until the point they put me into collection.
