I suffered a heart attack, and when I arrived in Austin, Texas, seeking medical help, I was asked if I had health insurance. When I said I didn’t, they laughed and merely offered me a cup of water, refusing to let me see a doctor. It was a shameful and unforgettable moment.
Horrible customer service experience with CPR and First Aid. They are also very expensive in comparison to better options. Would NOT recommend this company for your certification needs.
