Dr. Lee, NP's Ashley Armstrong and Kevin Shields along with the nursing staff and office personnel (April and Terry) have been very compassionate, helpful, professional, supportive, and caring. You are treated like a person and they listen to your needs and spend the necessary time to address your issues. This is rare in the present day medical community.
I love everyone here. They are thorough and actually listen to you.
Love everyone at this practice. They have helped me so much. I was so worried when some of them left but thankfully the ones who took over are also special people. Especially Ashlee, she really cares and takes time to hear what you are saying. My treatment has been top notch.
It has to be challenging work, helping to care for and heal so many in our community, and it's obvious that the people who have worked here longterm have big hearts and loads of courage. Dr Andy Lee is very worst physician to ever be employed in the Fredericktown office .I have been going to the same office since Dr Joseph Poole was around the area. After 60 plus years I and all my family and friends are leaving and going to another facility in Fredericktown.
