I've never had any of the issues others are talking about. The front desk ladies are usually in a fine mood. Maybe occasionally someone is in a bad mood, but yeah, that kind of is life. Doctor Gahl is great, too, takes good care of my dad, which goes a long way with how I feel about them!
Dr. Gahl is great! But my experience with this practice has been bad. The people who work here have been so unkind and impatient, and their billing department is a mess. I paid my bill in full and they sent it to my mom's insurance afterwards. I almost got in trouble for insurance fraud. When I called to talk about it, the front desk worker kept cutting me off about the computers being down and how I need to not try to be impatient and schedule right now (I literally wasnt- was trying to find a transfer).
