I absolutely love Dr. Overbey and Dr. Pfau and the receptionists. What I can’t get over is the less than desirable support from the triage nurse/person in charge of Rx refills. I usually hold back but this time I can’t. On more than two occasions she has been rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Good luck getting a call back.l regarding g medication problems as she pretty much doesn’t problem solve with you.
