I am beyond thankful that we found this office for our children, Dr Pfau and everyone in the office are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They are so kind and caring here!
My 4 month old was showing signs of illness and a really bad cough. I asked them during her check up about it and it was pushed aside to some reflux issues she had. I later returned a week after for a sick visit as the cough was getting worse, causing interruptions in her sleep, and her showing major signs of distress. She was seen for 5 minutes, they ran zero tests, did not listen to her chest/ lungs and just pushed me off to go see a ENT specialist.
