Terrific scheduling options. 2 weeks faster than the rest; the staff was excellent, especially the MRI tech.
I was suffering from multiple kidney stones, and I was in severe pain. I was sent by my urologist for a CT Scan. They were so efficient that my procedure at Trident was scheduled a few hours later. Everyone in this office is nice and compassionate.
Professional service all around n no long wait time to get appt.
They do not accept Humana Military PPO or TriCare for Life. I was told I had to pay up front for the test and I could then deal with my insurance. The procedure was pre authorized but they still wouldn’t file. Never been a patient there and will never go there for anything.
