I had a really great experience. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The technicians were awesome! I received a disc with my images and the results have already been sent to my physician. They even billed my insurance properly, which the hospital seemed to never be able to do. Highly recommend.
Love these guys! I have a spine condition, so I've had a LOT of MRIs done in my time. This was, hands down, the nicest and fastest one I have ever had!
From the time I walked in I was treated like family. The receptionist was friendly and courteous but also professional. The technician was very accommodating. I was having a brain scan but I can't lay flat on a hard surface so she put a wedge under my knees for comfort. Both technicians told me step by step what was going to happen and it went exactly as they said. I have balance issues and that day they were off so the tech walked me all the way to my car.
