I would highly recommend American Health Imaging and ask for Lauren. I had a really bad experience once before and had some anxiety. The ladies at the front desk were so nice to me knowing how nervous I was. Lauren who did my MRI explain the procedure to me and how long each image was going to take. She lower the lighting and gave me headphone to listen to music, which help greatly. Lauren checked on me while I was in the machine to make sure I was ok. The actual service was okay, but I called the next day because I wanted an itemized receipt to send to my flexible spending account so I could get reimbursed. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks. I called back last week and the woman said that they have a hard time doing itemized receipts. Why can't they just put a receipt on their letterhead so I can get my money.
