Was a small location,but very patient and understanding to their patients and their family members
I went for my second MRI a few days ago. My health has declined greatly since I was there last and I needed a wheelchair to get back to the room. I also expressed to the tech who was helping me that the last time I did my MRI there, I started to freak out a little bit towards the end of my scan and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was as comfortable as I could possibly be and before I knew it, the scan was done. I didn't realize I was claustrophobic until I was rolled into the MRI machine and I asked to immediately be rolled out. The technician, Riley, was awesome in talking me through it and trying a different technique to calm my nerves, roll me back in and get me through the MRI. A+ service!!!
Holly was phenomenal! She explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I’m normally a very hard stick and she got me on the first try! The whole process was quick and easy!
Excellent experience, five star service all the way around. I was in and out in under an hour, cost was very reasonable and staff provided service with a smile. Can’t ask for much more than that.!
