Very professional and quick to schedule
Was told to be there at 745 for 8 am scan. I was on time. It’s 820 and I’m still waiting to go back. The tech walked in late and now I hear them in the back talking and laughing. Again, I’m the first scan of the day so the only reason I’m sitting here is their laziness/tardiness.
The Hiram office is fantastic! I took a chance and arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment and, to my surprise, there was no issue. I filled out the required documents and sat down. I was seated for maybe 10 seconds and I was called back. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They explained the process and advised me of the strange noises the MRI machine makes. Highly recommended!
