I didn't expect to be writing a review on an MRI procedure - but, here we go. Unfortunately, I developed an issue with one of my toes - one of the big ones so it is kind of important ! Anyway, one day after visiting my Podiatrist on August 12, I was laying on my back, listening to weird sounds and having the magnetic resonance aimed at my toe. (It wasn't as bad as it sounds.) Awesome technician! Helped me with my anxiety and explained everythingg very well! Usually I can't go inside machines. He helped me through very well! The air in the machines helped a lot as well! Every imaging center should have that! The lady at the desk was great, friendly greeting! Thanks you!!!!
The staff at the, Hiram location, were very friendly and very professional. Especially the technician, she made me feel comfortable and was super sweet. I will always go to them if I need more imaging done!
