I used this location years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, my latest interaction was a catastrophe. Nearly week after the script was called in to AHI, I learned from my insurance company that AHI had never put in a request for authorization to insurance, despite telling me that they had. When I called AHI, they couldn't provide a case # for evidence that they had submitted the authorization. And the agent said the best she could do was send an email to try to find out.
