This is the worst imaging center I have ever visited. my husband had an scheduled appointment he was a bit early but we waited over 1hr to be seen and it's sad because almost everyone that works there has skin of my color and only one person helped me the gentleman that works there was very helpful and the manager angel was very attentive when it comes to his staff. moral of the story is this appointment could have been scheduled for better timing and day no communication was giving when setting it up because they are open t... read more

Friendly staff and technicians. However, CALL AHEAD to see if they're running behind. When we arrived, we were told there was a 2 hour backup/wait. But, no one reached out ahead of time to alert us of that. Seems like a very easy courtesy to extend to customers.
I had an ultrasound scheduled last week, which they called me to reschedule the day of because the tech was out sick. Okay that’s fine, things happen. While rescheduling, the person asked if this was self-pay and I said no, that I was using insurance. I confirmed that she had the correct insurance information on file. Today, I drove an hour to get here on my day off, and they tell me the appointment is scheduled as self-pay and they haven’t run it through my insurance, so I have to reschedule if I want to use insurance. Had the absolute best experience with a MRI technician named Leslie. I’m a combat Marine vet, with extreme PTSD. This sweet angel talked me into that closed MRI machine, though I was there for an open one. She said the closed one would give my doctors a better image of my entire spine. I just can’t say enough about this young lady! So if you’re ever referred to the Decatur center, ask for this young lady by name!
