My mom had an ultrasound here on April 14th and received results that indicated severe liver damage. For over a month, our family lived with overwhelming stress, sleepless nights, and even a ruined family vacation while we waited for follow-up imaging to confirm what this facility reported to her doctor. I arrived early for my appointment and they saw me right away!!! Great job everyone was kind and courteous.
The screening procedures offered at this place are fine but the customer service is lacking. My scan was scheduled at 8:30 but they emphasized over the phone that I needed to arrive an hour early. When I checked in, I was told that they don’t even start scans until 8 am and all I could do was wait. The receptionist said to another staff member that this has happened multiple times to other patients, so I’m not the only one.
