The first time was fine. Front desk lady on left when you walk in. Told me I had to scan code. She didnt offer me ipad when it was returned. I had just had mri done less than two weeks prior. She refused to print out papers too. Worst service ever and she was absolutely rude. With all my health issues and Disabilities she refused to help. I asked to speak to manager and was told she would was in a meeting. When the office manager just dodged me and refused to talk and I was told in meeting
James provided me service in excellence! I was also greeted in kindness, respect and professionalism by Lisa. This facility was clean and made me feel as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances that brought me here. I highly recommend this facility/location.
Scheduled my appointment completely wrong two times. I wasted four hours today trying to get one MRI... Didn't get it! Still had to reschedule to get it scheduled on the proper machines and for the right type of MRI.
Very easy and quick scheduling. No waiting. Friendly service.
