My experience was truly awesome! As someone who is claustrophobic, I was initially anxious about the MRI. However, the staff was incredibly considerate; they explained each step of the process thoroughly, used a calming voice, and offered comforting amenities like music and a panic button. Their attentive care ensured I remained as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout the procedure.
Really great place. I had to get an MRI on my elbow for a torn ligament and the wholr staff from the front desk to the really nice ladies that performed the MRI. Would definitely recommend!!!
From the time I arrived, check in was very proficient and the technician was very polite and professional and the online Regis was easy and it helped expedite the whole process. I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my scheduled time as requested, finished and walking out the door in 35 minutes.They made me feel like my time was valuable as well.
