They cannot function when their computers go down. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get a CT scan due to pain in my spine subsequent to surgery. I will have to wait yet another week because their computers are down and I cannot cancel my appointment so that I can go to another provider. Patient care at this point is way down the list to the bottom. I would give zero Stars if that was an option.
