the owner is a crook and runs a credit card scam/rackett. I've heard from many many people that after they had left the gym he continues to Bill and charge their credit card and never responds to the costumers demands for a refund he ducks and dodges them! also there was repairs that needed to be made such as a hole in the middle of the gym floor that never got fixed until the now (ex) boxing/trainer instructor Eric had fixed them. seems that Eric put his all into this gym and made it great now he's gone unfortunately so I p... read more

RecommendedAmerican Health & Fitness is a gym in which a serious athlete can find everything necessary to train the body. It is a very well-kept gym with a responsive owner. If I had a problem there(I haven't), I know I could text Doug and he would take care of it, no doubt. I enjoy the machines, free weights, heavy bags, and 24 hour access. Also, there is plenty of parking in Downtown Miamisburg.
RecommendedAwesome facility ! Great location. state of the art equipment as well as hardcore freeweights. Boxing and Kung fu istructors with decades of experience. Having fun and getting healthy.
Absolutely love this place !! I'm usually by myself and plug my phone into the speakers to listen to what i want while I work it !!
