Great staff and my doctor Andriana Garbanzos was wonderful. She listened to me and talked with me about my concerns and treated me with compassion and understanding. I highly recommend her and this facility.
I had a disappointing experience at this office, as they made errors in billing my visits to my insurance, which caused a lot of confusion. Additionally, the staff was rude and even yelled at me when I called them to get an explanation, making the experience very uncomfortable. As a result, I have decided to move to a different primary care clinic. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
