The lab technicians are not trained well. They came into the Assisted Living facility and were able to complete ZERO labs, so because they only come once a week, labs will have to wait an entire week to try again. They didn't inform any staff that they were on the premises or ask for help/direction with obtaining the blood work. They did not even apologize or offer to rectify the situation in any way. Will be pushing for moving to a different lab provider.
I called for information and I received terrible customer service from the demon who answered. I dont recommend this place to anyone. The first time i called i was givin a number that was not in service. The second time i called the woman made me feel like i was wasting her time. She was very short and rude with me. Do not go here they are extremely rude!!!
terrible staff. need damn near all new employees. tried to talk to management for rude employees and they seemed to not care at all and were rude themselves. tried to get information to talk to someone higher up and couldn't even get that. just walked out and won't return and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Looks like business is slow, loud TV that you listen to even if you try to ignore it
