My husband and I each purchased a Sierra Brown cowboy hat while in South Dakota on vacation. We both agree these hats are the most comfortable and best looking we have purchased and we have a lot of cowboy hats!!
I don't write reviews, especially bad ones but I waited over 2 years for a hat "custom" hat order that never came. I never had customer service reach out once, I had to do all follow up to find out any status updates. I ordered a simple American Hat Co 40x natural in 7 and 3/8 size. Way over-rated & over priced…with an attitude. I purchased an American Hat Co. straw hat in Jan. 2023 for $200. Upon receiving the hat, I was quite disappointed. To begin, upon inspection, the first thing I noticed was the very low quality. The hat was very light, almost like paper which appeared very flimsy and weak.
