I had the most best experience. I am a happy customer. From the initial call to the product installation and afterwards. My experience was professional and was felt with care. Brant took care of me from the start to the finish. The technician FJ was just the Best, great man. He was professional, kind, polite, patient and respectful. Best experience overall. I have recommended to friends and family.
The customer service was great. The level of communication and effectiveness of understanding the customer wants and needs. Overall experience was worth the product. The owner Brant is a true gentleman and most professional. He understood my needs and met my criteria. The technician FJ was truly a God sent, he was so polite, understanding, patient and good at communicating. Although, the products are ADT system, I am glad I choose American Guardian as my final Option.
Great experience from start to finish! I was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed. Brant was patient, informative and very personable. My system was installed and explained well and I feel so safe now. Do not hesitate, I will be telling others as well.
