Brant was very prompt and friendly. Scheduling for installation happened quickly, and the installer was also friendly, efficient and helpful.
FJ service specialist was knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the equipment positioning / function. He completed the installation professionally and later spent the time make me and wife had the systems (Google Home and ADT control) installed and operational on our phones. He then showed us the various features of the ADT panel and how to execute its functions. He was extremely patient with me and my wife. Thanks FJ and the support teams at ADT.
