I reached out to this company due to me having an extremely poor experience with ADT. I was bummed to hear that ADT prohibits their authorized dealers from taking on their disgruntled customers for a period of time. I respect the integrity of the company in being forthright about the circumstances, and not trying anything underhanded to get my business. I was in a bit of a bind. My current security system didn’t work and the company was in no rush to fix it. I was about leave to go out of town and didn’t want to leave my office unprotected. Brandt and FJ were able to install a completely new system two days later. Super personable. Got everything done quick, no issues. Thank you tremendously.
