Great experience with American Guardian from initial inquiry with Brant Hanke through the installation with technician MJ. Brant was very transparent about options and pricing upfront and wasn't pushy at all. The technician took his time and made sure I was satisfied with everything he installed. He also made recommendations and didn't try to upsell me on additional equipment that I did not need.
I have been with American Guardian for 28 years and have always had a positive experience. Brant Henke has always been very helpful and listens to my concerns and does everything possible to correct any issues.

The process was seamless and very affordable. Brant is knowledgeable and he was thorough about the various options and packages. He is responsive and excellent with following up. My installation was complete by FJ and he did a great job. He was on time, cleaned up afterwards, and neat with the cords and cables. He also did a great job setting up the wall panel, apps, and getting everything online. I highly recommend this team!
We’re a Logistics company based in Atlanta and wanted to use a local vendor. Read all the reviews about them and decided to proceed with the install. Great experience and communication from them. Installed in a timely manner and they are very thorough in showing us how the system works . Definitely recommend them!!!!!!!
