This place has been closed for weeks but still says they are open serving other customers on their recording. Will not return calls, etc. People keep coming by as they say they are open until they see crude sign on the door saying closed. Yikes

I picked up wood chunks for smoking on the kamado. Big selection and they are very helpful.

really rude sales guy today, he was like we can't help you ( I was looking for a part) I asked if I could just look, he said no you'll just get the wrong thing and want to bring in back. I owned a specialty retail store that sold BBQ stuff for years. I knew what I was looking for. Will never even go back for a tank refill. FYI, I called their main store on Clark Rd about the same part. The woman that ansered the phone was a star, very helpfull!

Normally a 4-5 star. Just frustrated as they have their “hours open” till 5pm on Saturday but got there at 4:15 and closed. On their door they list their hours now till 4. Wish they had updated their online hours as well so I would have gotten their in time for items needed. This sale went elsewhere
