If it were possible to give a negative 100 star review, I would. I called the morning of 9/14. Very friendly person. They said they would be out that week to do measurements and get a quote done. Called back the morning of 9/30 because we hadn't heard anything from them. VERY rude guy answered the phone. Said he had no record of my previous call and doesn't do estimates.
