They just called to cancel my daughter's birthday party so they can do renovations. How about they block out dates for the renovation and not accept reservations during that time, instead of devastating an 8 year old and her 11 friends. Their customer service is nonexistent. today was a very exciting day for me! i got to buy my daughter her first american girl doll! i am so excited to watch her open up her doll on christmas morning! i just have to say that shaina who helped myself and my mom (nana) but my daughter her doll plus clothes was so kind and patient! you can truly tell that she does love her job! it is people like her that help bring the magic of american girl to life! thank you shaina for all your help today!
