We've been going to the AG at the falls since the Grand Opening. A day we will never forget. My daugher had two birthday parties there. The store is super big and you can find everything you need for your dolls. Cindy is the best when it comes to customer service. If there's something we can't find at the store I just call her and she place the order for us. Yesterday we had a trip to the storw and my daughter just got her 15th American Girl Doll. We went for the Nanea weekend to the Falls Store and had a great time. This store has never disappointed us. My daughter has Grace, Lea, Gabriella, Truly Me Doll and Nanea. They have a great selection and quantity of items. If they do not have an item they always offer to have it shipped to us. The food is great at the Bistro.
I was shocked that a store that only sells American Girl Dolls would not keep them all in stock. You would think as soon as one would be low in stock, they would re-order them. We were disappointed to find out that they were sold out of not one, but two different light skinned brown hair, brown eyed Truly Me dolls. We traveled quite a distance to go to this store. What a disappointment...
