Shannon, my appraiser was extremely professional and nice. He spent a lot of time explaining and answering all my questions. I now know the value of recently inherited items. He was also understanding about it being my late mother’s wedding ring. I never felt rushed and left knowing a lot more of the rings historical value. I would recommend them to everyone!
