They have a no refund policy, which worried me because I needed two 44” springs for my door but ordered 40”. I realized my mistake and called right away. The salesman pointed to the no refund policy on their page, which helped me understand why I wouldn’t need to mess with sending them back or fuss with getting the correct ones. Really crappy experience with the 2 secretary's there. It was very annoying to deal with. Note to AGDS, hire decent people to be your receptionist. They're the ones trying to sell your shit
