I have used American Garage Door company numerous times over the years. This is a great company!!! Whenever I call, they are so fast to respond immediately and will coordinate the service appointment that best suits my schedule. Depending on the time of day you reach out to them, they will either fix the issue with your garage door the same day or schedule an appointment for early the next morning. We just got our entire garage door, motor… the entire thing switched out and from beginning to end it was very easy working with AGD. Always great communication and prices very affordable. The tech Jacques did the installation and walked us thru everything. Very happy with the service.
This place is amazing and I am very lucky to have called them first. They are family owned and Jacques installs, repairs, gives great advice about your door, his wife Paige is amazing and helpful. We have a snow storm on the northshore of New Orleans and my door broke....Paige assure me that she would keep in touch when it was safe and she kept her word. I will absolutely use them again. Paige was quick to return my call and they fit me in swiftly. Jacques came right on time. He was in and out quickly and very nice. If you are looking for someone, I highly recommend them.
